Privacy, plainly.
We sell software ownership and data ownership. It would be strange if we treated yours carelessly. Here's what this site collects and why.
What we collect
Booking intake. When you book a call or consultation, we receive the name, email address, company, and the process details you provide. We use them to prepare for and conduct the engagement and for no other purpose. A calendar invitation is created containing those details. We keep the information for as long as the conversation (or any engagement that follows) is active, then routinely delete it.
Payment. Consultation fees are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we receive only confirmation of payment and the contact details you entered at checkout. Stripe's processing is governed by its own privacy policy.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser identifier) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are rotated and deleted on a short schedule.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers, and no third-party ad networks.
- No sale, rental, or sharing of your information with anyone, ever, except as required by law.
- No marketing email unless you explicitly ask for it.
Your rights
Under Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ask@alsc.ca and we'll handle it promptly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date. This version: July 22, 2026.
