The deep dive: two 2-hour discovery sessions (remote, on separate days) with the people who actually run the process. We map the workflow as it really runs, inventory every tool and workaround, and deliver a written realignment plan with a non-binding quote for any build work — yours to act on with us or without us.

If the plan makes sense, you approve the quote and we build: fixed scope, fixed price, progress you can see. Code, data, and infrastructure land in your accounts from day one, and when it ships you choose — we maintain it on retainer, or we teach your team to run it.

We review every change with a senior engineer's eyes and handle the production deployment — your team keeps momentum, and nothing ships without expert oversight.
Done for you
We stay on. Maintenance, monitoring, security updates, and a steady stream of enhancements and extensions as your process evolves — all on a predictable monthly retainer. Your team just uses the software and tells us what should be better; it quietly keeps up with the business, and you still own every line of it.
